Punjab Police have successfully dismantled two ISI-backed cross-border terror modules, leading to the arrest of nine individuals, including four juveniles. The modules were involved in recruiting local youth, conducting surveillance of security installations, and procuring illegal weapons under the direction of foreign-based ISI handlers.
